FireFly is an authentic and beautiful teacher-led Montessori school guiding children, three to six years old in New Orleans, LA. We empower children to be happy and capable while developing creativity, independence, and social skills.

At FireFly, our dedication lies in fostering the holistic development of every child while inspiring a lasting passion for learning. Together with children, families, and our school community, we infuse curiosity into all aspects of our approach, cherishing and nurturing each child’s distinct interests and learning preferences. Through an authentic Montessori program, we prioritize offering ample time and space for every child to thrive at their own pace and in their own individualized manner. 

Dr. Maria Montessori said, “The goal of early education should be to activate the child’s own natural desire to learn.” Young children’s curiosities are bursting at the seams and at FireFly, we let them shine.
